At Cold ral, we ship worldwide. Preparation and dispatch times may vary during launches, restocks or holiday periods. Delivery times listed below are estimates and may be extended during peak periods.

IMPORT CHARGES

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties or additional taxes.

For all other destinations, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

COLD RAL is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by local authorities. Customs procedures and clearance times may vary depending on each country’s authorities and are outside of our control.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Pre order items, discounted items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

DELIVERED PARCELS

Any parcel marked as delivered by the carrier is considered received. If you believe your parcel is missing, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. No refund or replacement is issued during this investigation. Once completed, we may offer store credit or a replacement when available. Refunds are not issued for parcels declared delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address. 
COLD RAL is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, COLD RAL is not responsible for delays, delivery failures or lost parcels. When a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is required to pay the shipping fee for reshipment. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is not collected from a pickup point or carrier facility, it may be returned to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any reshipment. Refunds for unclaimed parcels exclude the original shipping fee.

LOST PARCELS

If a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier after investigation, COLD RAL may offer store credit for the value of the order or arrange a replacement shipment when available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags attached and in original or equivalent packaging. The condition must allow the item to be resold. COLD RAL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be offered in specific cases. It is valid exclusively on the COLD RAL online store and cannot be converted to cash.

EXCHANGES

COLD RAL does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your product and place a new order.
