Effective date: December 1, 2025.
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the COLD RAL online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
COLD RAL is operated globally by JD Lab Limited.

Products
Products are offered under the COLD RAL brand.
We work with manufacturing partners to develop our collections and aim to provide accurate descriptions and visuals.
Small variations in colour, texture or fit may occur.
All items are offered subject to availability.
Prices and Payments
Prices shown on the site apply at the time of purchase.
Depending on your location, currency conversions may occur automatically through Shopify’s system, which may include rounding.

Payments are processed through secure third party providers.
COLD RAL does not store full card details.
An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.
Order Processing
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after checkout.
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.
During drops or busy periods, preparation time may be slightly longer.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and refund the affected item.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes
European Union
Orders to EU countries are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, meaning duties and import taxes are included at checkout. No additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.
Australia
Orders to Australia are also shipped Delivered Duty Paid.
United States, Canada and Other Regions
Shipments outside DDP regions may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times appear at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or seasonal peaks.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
COLD RAL is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non collection or incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Once the return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 10 days.
Refund eligibility depends on the shipping date of the return (the date scanned by the carrier):
• Shipped within 10 days after approval → refund to the original payment method
• Shipped between 11 and 20 days after approval → store credit only
• After 20 days → returns are not accepted and return labels expire
Returned items must be
Unused, unworn and unwashed
With all original tags attached
In original or equivalent packaging
In a condition that allows resale
Returns are at the customer’s cost.
To request a return, email contact@coldral.com.
The return address will be provided after approval.
Returns are subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected:
• Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Some returns may be refunded as store credit depending on the return timeline
Original shipping fees are not refunded
Return shipping costs are not refunded
Duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are not refunded
Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
A handling and processing fee of €5 may be deducted from the refund.
Lost Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, COLD RAL is not responsible for loss or theft.
If a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, COLD RAL may issue store credit for the value of the order or arrange a replacement shipment when stock allows.

COLD RAL does not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Customer Obligations
By placing an order, you confirm that
All details provided are accurate
You are authorized to use the chosen payment method
You accept responsibility for any import duties outside DDP regions
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Disputes should be communicated to contact@coldral.com to attempt resolution.
Failing this, the courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights in your country.
