Yes. Every COLD RAL piece is fully unisex. Whether you browse the men’s or women’s section, the products are identical. Cuts, proportions and sizes are designed to suit a wide range of silhouettes.
All sizes are unisex. As a general guide, most women choose size S or M, and most men choose M or L.
Choose one size down for a closer fit, or one size up for a more relaxed silhouette.
All three sizes can suit many body types depending on the desired look.

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

At Cold Ral, we take every order seriously and treat each customer with respect. In rare cases, some individuals claim a package was not received or return items that do not match the original order. To protect all of our customers and maintain fair practices, we follow a strict and transparent process.
What happens if I claim I did not receive my order
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you report it missing, we open an investigation with the carrier. No refunds are issued during this process. Once the investigation is completed, we can offer either a store credit or a reshipment of the items. We do not provide refunds for parcels declared delivered by the carrier.
What happens if I return an item
We only issue refunds after receiving the returned parcel and verifying that all items are correct, complete, unused, unwashed, and with all original labels attached. This is necessary to protect our stock and ensure fairness for all customers. We are not a multinational company and we take the time required to complete our verification process properly.
